    Since 1982 owner Bob Evans and Seakco Construction have been working in all facets of residential construction.  Our in-house design capability streamlines the process by augmenting your existing plans or quickly creating a new layout.  Bob is an accomplished designer who incorporates his extensive hands-on construction experience into his AutoCAD architectural drawings.  

Effective scheduling simplifies your decision making process.  Seakco's experience ensures that permits, materials and subcontractors are on site on time.  We also provide you with target dates for the delivery of your selected appliances, tile, lighting fixtures etc. 

There are a number of exciting new building products available.  Some of our recent additions and renovations have included "spray on" foam insulations, sound proofing materials and basement waterproofing systems.  "Green" building products which eliminate VOC's and prevent mold are popular.  However, determining what products should be used cannot be based on Internet research alone.  For over 25 years Seakco Construction has been advising clients on what building materials are cost effective and perform as advertised.

     Bob's interest in building started early.  Having the opportunity to travel with his family through Europe, he became interested in and learned to appreciate the architecture of countries such as Italy, France and England.  Bob attended the University of Kentucky where he studied in the architectural arena.  From there he began his construction career, building in such states as Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., New York, and Connecticut.   

   Deciding to return to where his family roots were, Bob chose to settle in Stamford, Connecticut where he has resided ever since.  With over 35 years experience and 26 years as owner of Seakco Construction, Bob continuously works with architects, homeowners and suppliers to keep abreast of the latest designs and products in the building industry.  Seakco continues to work with new clients, new architects, new building materials and new construction software while still providing outstanding service to our existing clients.  New construction or renovation, large or small, Seakco can handle it.  If you would like to contact Bob by email with any questions you may do so at the following address:

Manuel Restrepo, Project Manager, Seakco Construction Company

  Manuel has almost 20 years experience in residential and commercial construction.  A Master Carpenter, Manuel worked for many years primarily in Westchester County doing remodeling and new home construction.  Working in this exclusive market, Manuel learned the importance of customer service and how to work with prestigious clients and architects.  In the commercial construction sector, Manuel has worked on such projects as the Recycling Plant in Yonkers, NY, three different New York State museums, the White Plains, NY City Library, Horace Greeley's Homestead, and the Town Library in Cos Cob, Connecticut.  

    When Manuel came to Seakco Construction, his talent for woodworking and his comprehensive knowledge of construction quickly set him apart.  His leadership skills and conscientious approach to each project transforms the workers around him into a powerful construction team.  Superior organizational skills allow Manuel to manage multiple projects while a meticulous attention to detail guarantees superior results.  Whether it's installing custom mouldings himself or supervising our subcontractors he continues to earn the respect of his peers and praise from our customers.     From solving household emrgencies to answering design questions Manuel prides himself on always being available for Seakco customers to contact.
